Bokwa Fitness Classes
Sweat the alphabet and dance the digits!
Come and join the revolution every Monday at Ron’s Gym in Jelicoe Court. Classes start at 5:30pm until 6:30pm.
Bokwa dance classes are an intense cardiovascular workout combined with South African war dance, capoeira, kickboxing and steps. It has been proven to bum a great amount of calories making it easier for weight loss goals.
Bokwa is suitable for everyone, young, old, not very fit, getting fitter, super fit, male and female.
